In an era of environmental awareness, food packaging has long gone beyond purely functional needs. With Kraft Food Boxes, Kraft Takeaway Boxes and Paper Take Out Boxes as the core, we have created packaging solutions that are both commercially valuable and ecologically responsible.
Kraft Food Boxes are made from virgin kraft paper from coniferous forests in Northern Europe, and the natural texture of the paper is preserved through low-temperature cold pressing technology. The innovative bamboo fibre reinforcing layer on the box body provides a load-bearing capacity of 8kg/m², far exceeding the industry standard. The 'breathable sunroof' for baked goods is designed with a food-grade silicone filter embedded in the lid to ensure water vapour is discharged while avoiding the entry of external contaminants. What's more, the hidden handles on the side of the box - push the grooves on both sides to pop out the kraft paper pull ring, and the load-bearing test shows that the tensile strength of one side can reach up to 15kg, so you can say goodbye to the reliance on plastic bags completely. From baguettes to macarons, these boxes make retail packaging an extension of the brand image.
Kraft Takeaway Boxes addresses the pain points of the takeaway industry by designing a three-dimensional leakage prevention system. The inside of the lid has a 0.5mm high ring-shaped water barrier dam that forms a labyrinthine seal with the box body. Even if the food is inverted for 30 seconds after being filled with soup, the amount of leakage will be no more than 0.1 ml. The corner of the box adopts the structure of 'origami mechanics', which disperses the pressure through the 72°accurate folding angle, and has been tested to withstand 20 times of repeated opening and closing without deformation. The favourite function of restaurant owners is the 'intelligent partition module': the box is pre-installed with removable partitions, allowing users to freely combine the space according to the dishes. Sauce from sweet and sour pork won't stain stir-fried vegetables, and sushi and wasabi can co-exist harmoniously.
Traditional cartons tend to generate water vapour when serving hot food, causing it to soften. Our solution is to mix natural zeolite particles into the pulp, a porous mineral material that can absorb up to 200 per cent of its own weight in water. Laboratory data shows that cartons with a zeolite layer keep the internal humidity stable below 65% and the crispy skin of fried chicken for up to 2 hours longer.
All kraft cartons are directly microwaveable, and the cartons are printed with soy-based inks and laser engraving technology for zero chemical solvent residue.
