1. Try to minimize four color stacking. If CMYK four color stacking is required, most of the stacked products will be black, similar to the registered color. Try to stack two primary colors. If it is necessary to stack four colors, please make a sample for those with high color requirements. Our Shaanxi paper cup factory provides free color samples. Color sampling is a method of printing cups while printing.
2. The paper used for paper cups is a textured surface, similar to double adhesive paper, while copperplate printing is relatively glossy. On copperplate printing, there is a coating used for reflection, so there are two types of color cards on printing. One is the C-surface, and the other is the U-surface. The C-surface is a glossy surface, and the U-surface is a textured surface. The colors printed on paper cups will become darker due to the textured surface, and not as bright as on copperplate paper. So when designing, it's best to design something brighter, as it will feel better.
