    1, the mouth of the cup within 15mm can not print patterns

    Previously disposable paper cups have been only industry standards, the lack of national standards. The national standard (GB/T 27590-2011) for paper cups of raw materials, additives, packaging, printing and other higher requirements to protect consumer safety. The most concerned is the first time to put forward the requirements of the printing position, the provisions of the paper cup outside the printing pattern should be clear outlines, colour and lustre uniformity, no obvious colour spots, but 'the mouth of the cup from the cup within 15mm, the bottom of the cup from the cup should not be printed within 10mm'. 'No printing at the mouth of the cup is consumer protection.' Dong Jinshi, executive vice president and secretary-general of the International Food Packaging Association, said there is no concept of food-grade ink in the country, and there is no printing ink that can be used to contact food. Drinking water when the lips touch the mouth of the cup, the ink in the printing pattern may be ingested, especially benzene-containing ink is more unfavourable to health. At the same time in the set of cups, the bottom of the cup has a printed pattern, it is also easy to rub the colour to the inside wall of another cup, so the bottom also requires that there can be no printing.

    2, fluorescent whitening agent can not be added artificially

In the production of paper cups of raw materials, in order to avoid the generation of toxic solvents, the national standard, paper cups should not be odour, should not use recycled materials, raw materials used in the additives should be in line with the implementation of the standard, fluorescent whiteners, industrial paraffin, industrial talc and other additives not within the scope of GB 9685 can not be used for the production of processed paper cups. In addition, the standard for paper cup stiffness and permeability performance is also stipulated, the bottom and sides of the paper cup should not leak, seepage, if the paper cup is too soft, also does not meet the standard. Paper cups of all packaging materials to have sufficient sealing and firmness, paper cup packaging should be dust-proof, moisture-proof and mould-proof.

    3, the paper cups of the general raw materials are: food-grade wood pulp paper + food-grade PE film.

Paper cups are categorised into cold drink cups, hot drink cups and yoghurt cheese cups according to their uses. Cold drinks have a characteristic, requiring chilled or frozen, safe to use the temperature of 0 ℃ -5 ℃. It is decided that the whole paper cup can be waterproof. Therefore, cold drink cups are made of food-grade wood pulp paper + pe film on the inner and outer surfaces. This can effectively prevent the wood pulp paper because of contact with water and lose the original stiffness and toughness.
