In the fast-paced city life, the choice of dining containers is not only about functionality, but also an expression of life attitude. With eco-friendly concepts at the core, we have launched Single Wall Paper Cup, Salad Paper Bowl and White Paper Soup Container, using minimalist design to inject lightness and aesthetics into everyday dining.
The Single Wall Paper Cup is made from food-grade virgin wood pulp and is only 0.35mm thick, yet can hold up to 1.2kg, and is treated with a nano hydrophobic coating to keep the surface dry even when serving hot drinks. The unique 'ripple anti-scald ring' design forms a 0.1mm micro-convex pattern in the middle of the cup, which not only enhances grip friction, but also reduces heat conduction efficiency through the air layer. Laboratory data show that after injecting 90℃ hot water, the temperature of the outer wall of the cup is always controlled below 48℃, which really realises 'warm hands but not hot hands'.
In response to the special needs of the light food market, we have developed a salad bowl with a double-layer composite structure: the inner layer is a food-grade PE film, and the outer layer is covered with natural plant fibre woven pattern. This design allows the bowl to be leak-proof for 12 hours with zero plasticisers. The 135° rim of the bowl has a hidden secret - when used with a fork, the rim automatically guides the sauce back into the bowl, preventing drips and stains on the table. What's more, a removable draining grid is embedded in the bottom of the bowl. When you press the tabs on the bottom, the grill pops up to form a 15° incline, allowing excess water to automatically drain into the hidden reservoir. Fitness enthusiasts no longer have to put up with soggy lettuce leaves when making vegetable salads outdoors.
In addition, while traditional soup tins are often marred by condensation, our solution is to integrate Breathing Membrane technology into the lid. This food-grade PTFE microporous membrane allows steam to escape in one direction, while water vapour from the outside cannot return, keeping the soup at a palatable temperature of 78°C or more during the delivery process. The box body adopts a hexagonal honeycomb structure, which increases compressive strength by 300% compared to ordinary cartons, so even if it is accidentally squeezed on the way to a meal, there will be no embarrassing side leakage.
All single-wall paper containers are FSC certified and can be completely degraded in 180 days after being buried in the soil. We have specially designed the 'Folding Recycling System': after use, the containers can be pressed into a flat shape along the preset creases, reducing their size to 1/5 of their original state, greatly improving the efficiency of waste separation. From breakfast bars to fitness food delivery, these paper containers are redefining the environmental standards of urban catering.
